Transportation Service

A Transportation Agreement is required for all clients utilizing transportation services provided by RDL. The agreement must be submitted one week prior to the first day of services. Upon absences, caregivers must notify RDL Therapeutic Adult Day Center 24-hours in advance. Please contact us for more details.
